Jeff Warwick serves as the Chairman of Covenant Capital Investors, LLC (CCI) and recently served as chief executive and investment officer of several national, private equity firms. Jeff has recently closed $500 million in acquisitions and development across a broad range of property types and markets. Previously, Jeff served as a senior executive in global real estate for Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where he built and led two national businesses exceeding $10 billion in assets and generated $1 billion in corporate revenue. Jeff served as a public REIT IPO, LBO, M&A, and capital markets pioneer and has extensive multi-cycle industry leadership experience. Jeff has led over 1,000 real estate closings and invested $50 billion in proprietary balance sheet capital.
Jeff also serves as Secretary/Trustee for the Georgia State University Endowment Foundation and on the executive, investment, and real estate committees. He also chairs the Summerhill/Georgia State Stadium design control committee and led the Foundation’s acquisition of the Olympic stadium (Turner Field). He also serves as the Executive-in-Residence and President of the Honorary Board for the GSU Real Estate Department and as a graduate professor of real estate. Jeff is also a Board Trustee of Truett McConnell University.
Jeff held FINRA Series 24, 7, and 63 licenses and graduated from the J. Mack Robinson College of Business at Georgia State University with a major in Real Estate. Jeff is an Atlanta native and serves on a number of not-for-profit and philanthropic boards and on the Long-Range Planning and Finance Committees at First Baptist Church of Alpharetta in Alpharetta, GA, where he and his wife reside.
